Resistance Tubes Have Many Uses

Shoulders: front shoulder raise, standing lateral raise, shrugs, seated rear shoulder pull
Abs: resisted crunch, standing ab twist

Workout 3:

Legs: squats, lunges, laying hamstrings curl, standing calf raises
