It seems ridiculous to me how many people wonder about getting Bodylastics results. In other words, the question is better put this way...can you really get results using resistance tubes?
Now the reason I think that's a ridiculous question is because it appears to me that when people ask a question like that it stems from the "hype" of the expensive home gym manufacturers. They pitch their product as if it was the magic bullet and the only way to achieve bodybuilding results.
